Assist-Her Agency Story.

Gabs left the corporate world in 2014 to pursue entrepreneurship through virtual assisting and social media management. 

We continued to grow and became a team of 7.

The year YOU decided to stop doing everything by yourself and partner with Assist-Her Agency!


Our services expanded further to include custom website creation and copywriting, and our client roster grew. We partnered with 44 VIP and retainer clients and developed long-term relationships with many of them. 


She was a one-woman show and doing it all.

Gabs stopped being a solo service provider and stepped into her role as a CEO. She wanted to serve and impact more entrepreneurs with her unique and efficient approach, so she hired her first team members, including Katy, our Chief Operations Officer, and Isaiah, our photographer and video editor. She officially started Assist-Her Agency OBM. 

Our services expanded from virtual assisting and social media management to include custom graphic design.

Katy Connan is the organization queen at Assist-Her Agency. She strives to create custom solutions for every client, no matter your level of tech-savvy. She is a Certified ClickUp Ambassador due to her extensive experience with the platform. She is on a mission to develop the most organized and efficient systems possible for entrepreneurs.

Gabrielle Tongol

From a solopreneur virtual assistant to running a growing online business management agency.

Gabs is the CEO and Founder of Assist-Her Agency. She has a Business Administration Diploma majoring in Human Resources, but she left the corporate world in 2014 to start her solopreneur virtual assisting and social media management journey. She was serving many other entrepreneurs in growing their businesses, and in December 2020, she decided she was done with feeling overwhelmed and stagnant in her business.

It was time for Gabs to step into her CEO role and build a team of experts to support her clients. She started Assist-Her Agency to provide OBM services and now has a powerhouse team of incredibly talented individuals by her side as they give overwhelmed entrepreneurs back their time and mental real estate. 

Gabs has instilled her vision, mission, and values onto a larger team to support more entrepreneurs than ever before because she has been where you are right now. That’s why, both personally and with the agency, she empowers others to thrive and grow and, ultimately, to focus on dedicating their time and energy to the things they love to do!

Ela’s first role in communications involved building brand awareness for an international brand that was new to Canada. Her passion for brand building includes connecting businesses with their target audience and developing social media marketing strategies that take online businesses to the next level. Ela has a certificate in Public Relations and is working on her Bachelor of Communications degree as a Professional Communications major.

Isaiah is passionate about photography and videography as they are creative ways for him to present himself to others. He has been a photographer for four years and a videographer for three. He creates compelling stories through visual content with aesthetic appeal. Isaiah is currently studying at AUArts and will earn his Bachelor of Design in photography.

Jenna has a diploma in New Media Production and Design and has been passionately dedicated to studying and practicing graphic design for almost ten years. With a desire to create, she strives to inspire others with her beautiful and unique designs that are perfect for your next digital marketing endeavour.
